Privacy policy

Lab Times is a puzzle game made by Casebuddy Pty Ltd, Melbourne, Australia ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and why.

Playing without an account

Your level, coins, lives and settings are stored only on your device. We do not receive them.

Leaderboard account

If you sign in with Apple to join the leaderboard, we store an anonymous Apple user identifier, the player name you choose, your country (from your connection), the highest level you have reached and your Daily Lab times and move counts. Your name, level and times are shown to other players on the leaderboard. If you report or block a player we store that so it can be reviewed and applied. We do not receive your email address.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played, for example which levels people start and finish. This data is not linked to your name and is not used for advertising.

Advertising

The free version may show ads from Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to show and measure ads, as described in Google's privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can choose whether apps may track you when iOS asks. Buying No Ads turns off ads between levels.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.

Deleting your data

You can delete your leaderboard account at any time in Settings. This removes your name, level and times from our servers. Deleting the app removes the data stored on your device.

Children

Lab Times is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
